Over the next few weeks there will be various posts made here on various methods to stop your excessive sweating. From basic to advanced to outright unheard of techniques, all will be covered here!

If you really want to learn how to stop sweating, the first thing you should try doing is changing up your wardrobe! Yes, believe it or not your wardribe plays a significant role in how much (or how little) you sweat! Cut back on wearing dark clothing, especially in hot weather. Dark clothes attract and absorb sunlight, meaning you're going to sweat a lot more, even indoors from lighting! Start wearing lighter colored clothes more often.
Additionally, wearing loose fitting clothing can be beneficial as well. Tight fitting clothing constricts and instigates sweating. This is more for the ladies who wear tight tops, although it does apply to my fellow bodybuilders as well. If you don't want to sweat excessively, you'll need to wear slightly looser fitting clothing.
Lastly, make sure your clothing is made of breathable fabrics. When I say breathable, I'm talking 100% cotton, 100% wool, cashmere etc.. You don't want to be wearing corduroy, polyester or silk.
